My family and I have many options and experiences with boarding horses, yet we choose Star Struck Ranch. We met Kenny and Angela over a year ago responding to a horse for sale ad., which we bought. Since then I have had Kenny train 2 horses, they helped me sale a horse, helped my mare have her colt, and I currently board 5 horses with them. I have watched these two go out of their way to help people and their horses, they haul to the vet, give medications to horses, do foot care and offer nutritional and training advise, even for people that don't board there anymore. If you are looking for a place to board, you owe it to yourself and your horse to come out to Star Struck Ranch, meet Kenny and Angela and judge for yourself. I pretty sure that not only will you find a great place for your horses and family, you'll find two great people that you'll call friends, just like we did.

I just recently moved to Tx. and I looked at many places to keep my horse because his well being is extremely important to me. I was very excited when I got a phone call from Angela letting me know that they had an opening for my horse. I went to look at Star Struck Ranch and immediately I knew that it was the place for my horse, Ben. I was nervous at first because he has never been boarded anywhere in his life, but within the first three days he was happier and more at ease than I had ever seen him. He is a very high strung horse and gets upset easily, yet I was able to get him back in a routine very quickly and he has behaved better then I've ever seen him. Angela and Kenny are great and I'm so glad that I got the opportunity to have my horse so close to me and at such a top notch facility.

I have known Angela and Kenny for a year or two prior to starting this business. I purchased a horse from Angela, and became very good friends. This in itself speaks highly of Angela and her character. Everything she said about the horse is true. I am SO very happy with the horse. I board my horses at the facility when I go on vacation or extended trips. I normally keep them on my own property. I took my horses there prior to Hurricane Ike because their property would be more safe for my horses during a storm. I had to go on a trip a few days later - so I left them there. One of my horses got sick while I was away. Angela noticed it quickly, and took my horse to the vet. She paid out of her own pocket to care for my horse until I returned. Because of her diligence - my horse is still alive and thriving today. Angela and Kenny take care of the horses as if they were all their own. They know each horses personalities as if they were their own. I highly recommend!

Unfortunately, I was ignorant, and got my horse from a trader, blah! Those people! Then, when I got him home, I knew nothing! Had no idea what I was doing. My poor baby! He had a hurt back and ruined hoofs! Not to mention his teeth hadn't been floated and he hadn't been wormed. Everyone who gave me advice, gave me the wrong advice and things just got worse. Misfortune arose and sitka needed a new home. I came across star struck ranch and within seconds felt comfortable. Sitka has now been living with Angela and Kenny for a little over a month, and WOW! He is a brand new horse! Angela and Kenny immideately took him in as if he was their own. They found the problems and fixed them without any hesitation. The natural track has his tummy feeling better and his attitude adjusted! I CAN ACTUALLY RIDE! BUT...I couldn't have done it without star struck ranch! Sitka has found his forever home, I have found forever friends, and Paradise is found at STAR STRUCK RANCH!

I am fairly new to the horse world. Huey is the first horse I have owned. I am so thankful that we found Star Struck Ranch and Angela and Kenny. Huey was one of the first to try out the natural boarding. Before putting him on the track, Huey would become extremely frantic at feeding time. He had even caused damage because he was so frantic to get to his food or the hay bale. He rarely moved away from the hay all day long. Since being moved onto the track Huey has become a different horse. He no longer becomes frantic about food and will even share! He is moving most of the day which is much better for his health. He is a much happier and healthier horse.
Angela and Kenny are always looking for ways to improve their facility and their care of the horses. They are always willing to help out and answer any questions and, as a new horse owner, I have had a ton! I would recommend Star Struck Ranch to anyone looking for a home for their horse.

I'm a horsewoman - the picky kind. I've ridden, trained, and competed since I was a child. I read Equus, I obnoxiously obsess over care, feet, saddle fit, and feed, and I'm a neat freak. When I stepped onto Angela and Kenny's ranch, I knew it was "home" for Tonto. They are kind, warm, good people, the place is beautiful, neat, and fabulously well cared for. I travel quite a bit for work, so I needed not just a good home, but good hands to keep him happy and worked while I was gone. Not only do I trust Angela and Kenny to care for my horse, I respect and admire their horsemanship and abilities enough to ask their advice, and happily pay them to exercise and ride my "kid." As an experienced horsewoman who has boarded in multiple facilities in multiple states, I believe that I have found the best-kept secret in Texas here with Star Struck Ranch. This facility is 37 miles from me - and I pass a whole lot of facilities inbetween my house and theirs for two good reasons - Angela and Kenny.

"We LOVE this place! The grounds are beautiful and always well kept, the round pen is set up in the perfect area, right close to the arena, and far enough away from the barn to allow you to train your horse without distraction. There's even a beautiful pond where my girls love to walk and appreciate "nature" as they call it. My horse loves it here, and I love coming to visit her here, it's a little like a perfect getaway at the end of the day, I only wish I could come out more. For those of you who are like my husband and I are, you wouldn't have to ever worry if your horse is being cared for, no doubt, they are! Kenny and Angela are both such devoted horsepeople, and very kind and happy, that the horses seem to feel good just being there. They take care of them like you would, even asking you how things are going, how your day is, it's nice to be cared about as well as your horse! They are also both very knowledgeble horsepeople and are constantly learning.

THIS IS BY FAR THE BEST PLACE I HAVE COME ACROSS TO BOARD MY HORSE! THERE IS SO MUCH TO OFFER, AN AWESOME ARENA, NEAT SURROUNDINGS AND A SUPER FRIENDLY COUPLE THAT LIVES ON THE PREMISES TO LOOK AFTER MY HORSE. I FEEL REST ASSURED HE'S TAKEN CARE OF LIKE HE'S THEIR OWN WHICH IS MOST IMPORTANT TO ME! KENNY AND ANGELA HAVE GREAT PLANS IN STORE FOR THEIR RANCH AND WORK DAILY ON IMPROVING IT, I CAN'T WAIT TO SEE WHAT THEIR NEXT PROJECT WILL BE! BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY I KNOW MY HORSE IS SAFE, WELL TAKEN CARE OF AND HAPPY!

Star Struck Ranch is definitely a horses paradise. Angela and Kenny are more like foster parents for horses while their owners are away. You may show up and catch one of them loving on your horse...
They go to great lengths to ensure that the stalls are spotless regardless of what time of day you come in. You'll always find Kenny working on a new project to enhance the property and facilities for the riders and horses. They are the first boarding facility that I've come across who gives each individual a locker for their tack, not just a large tack room to store your things with others.
You will not be disappointed in the services of this one-of-a-kind boarding facility. They are an amazing couple who give great attention to the horses in their care!

Star Struck Ranch is hands down the best place I have ever kept my horse. Kenny and Angela were the ones that gave me such a great gift which was helping me find my horse. I am so thankful that they made this possible. They are very knowledgable about taking care of the horses and there is always someone onsite to watch over the place. They are always trying to make improvements to the ranch. Some of the many amenites Star Struck Ranch has are the great fields, large stalls, and a huge arena. I never have to worry about my horse because everything is well-kept and I know that Kenny and Angela will treat her like one of their own. I would recommend Star Struck Ranch to anyone looking for a new place to keep their horse.
